I use my Twitter handle (@jonwellman) every day.

And not just on Twitter.

When I comment at another blog, I use it as my name. It is on my Gravatar. I even write it on my coffee cup when I grab a drink at my church’s Gateway Cafe. Scott Williams, the writer of the post linked below, has his handle on the front of his new book.

Whether giving an email address at a retail store or tweeting a link for a chance at a giveaway,  our online identities and our offline personalities merge in new ways each day.

Question… In what ways do you use you Twitter/Facebook/other IRL on a daily basis? Pros and cons?
