Wednesday evening marked the restart of Celebration Choir rehearsal schedule. We meet every Wednesday evening, right after the Midweek Worship service.
I have been looking forward to getting back into the groove. I am blessed to serve a talented group of singers that are constantly willing to try new things and give their best effort. This year, we are trying some new things to continue to raise the bar… (more…)

Number 3: Reclaim My Art.
It is a misconception that those of us in music ministry spend much of our time actually MAKING MUSIC. I played SO much more in college and as a young adult, and I intend to change that (to some extent) this year.
OK, so I may never get back to the days when I would spend hours upon hours in a practice room with just a piano and an uncomfortable chair.
But a half an hour a day is a start.
